In this training participants will learn basic facilitation and leadership skills that young leaders and youth workers can use when engaging with young people around sustainability topics. We will explore the format of youth exchanges as a tool to connect young people and ecovillages and we’ll learn activities and techniques that can be used to work with young people around sustainability topics. The target group of this training are young people that have participated in Yes to Sustainability or that are connected with ecovillages or sustainable projects and wish to continue being a youth leader in the future. We are searching for more committed people with strong dreams about GEN Europe, NextGEN and sustainability in Europe.
